YesLaw™
Legal Video Associates, LLC is a licensed dealer for YesLaw™ software. The software allows for synchronized deposition video and transcript to be displayed side by side on your computer monitor.

A built in Keyword Search allows for quick access to the transcript and
video. Editing the video is as simple as highlighting the text. You can also capture still images from the video.

Export clips to trial presentation programs such as Sanction or Power
Point.

Videotape Editing
After the video deposition has been completed and prior to showing the tape to the jury, the Judge reviews the transcript and rules on the objections. The questions and answers that are to be deleted from the videotape are highlighted in the transcript by the Judge.  The videotape is then electronically edited and the noted objections are deleted.  The original videotape is never altered during the editing process. The original and the edited versions are then marked and the edited version is played for the Jury. 

Editing can also be used to edit together a day in the life, settlement, or any other type of videotape adding titles, narration or computer animation.

Courtroom Playback
Legal Video Associates, LLC provides full service audio-visual rental for the courtroom including: Large Screen TVs, VCRs, ElmoVisual Presentators, Slide Projectors, Computer LCD Projectors and many other presentation items.  We arrange delivery, set-up, pick-up and operation of the equipment to your courtroom.

Aerial
When you want to cover a large area from the air we work with helicopters for slow/low and hovering coverage and fixed wing aircraft for wider angles and higher altitude. Many high resolution satellite photographs are also available for most regions.  Aerial is used in real estate and environmental applications.

Fraud Investigation
Legal Video Associates, LLC works with many insurance companies in the area of surveillance for fraud investigation. We use only NYS licensed private investigators for field investigations.

Surveillance is usually a custom job. We rent and install covert color hidden cameras to record in-home situations such as a nanny or construction crews working in the home. We can permanently install covert cameras in stores or offices with time-lapse recorders for security.
